Female Invest Women in Action Award submission

Hi Female Invest team, I’m Dorottya Csák, founder of DOROTHEA Group.

I’m building a world where every woman can freeze her eggs: covered by health insurance, talked about early, and free from shame, fear and uncertainty.

By day, I’m Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at 28DIGITAL, with over 13 years in Brussels, so I know how policy actually moves. I launched DOROTHEA Group in 2025, built on five pillars:

One: recovery products for women after hormone treatment. Around two million women undergo IVF or hormone treatment in Europe and the US every year.
Two: lobbying for EU-level insurance coverage.
Three: acquiring femtech, including male fertility.
Four: a transparent cryobank franchise, because every woman deserves to know exactly where and how her eggs are stored.
And five: Freeze It Girl, our cult brand and pledge. In 2026, our pilot year, we aim to fund 2,026 procedures. Individuals and companies can fund a procedure, choose a tier, or join with their logo.

With the £10,000, I would:

• lay the groundwork to accept crypto pledges under MiCA, around £5,800;

• secure the Freeze It Girl EU trademark, around £2,200, ahead of our hormone-safe basics line;

• give five women a free fertility consultation;

• and invest the rest in ads to grow our pledge community.

Freezing your eggs shouldn’t be a privilege. Let’s make it a given. Thank you.
