Social egg freezing should be every woman's choice.

DOROTHEA exists to make that happen.

An advocacy and advisory organisation founded by Dorottya Csák — lobbyist, communications strategist, and someone who has been through egg freezing herself.

DOROTHEA is an advocacy and advisory organisation working to make social egg freezing accessible, understood, and fully supported — by policy, by employers, and by society.

Founded by Dorottya Csák in 2024, DOROTHEA combines personal experience of the process with 13 years of international lobbying and communications expertise to drive real, structural change.

We work with individuals, organisations, and policymakers. We believe egg freezing should be available to every woman — not just those who can afford it, and not just those who already know it exists.

Dorottya Csák is a lobbyist and communications professional with 13 years of international experience, currently Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at 28DIGITAL.

She founded DOROTHEA Group after going through social egg freezing herself — navigating the process largely alone, without the information or support she needed.

She believes the women who come after her should not have to.

DOROTHEA is her response to that.

Female womb and fallopian tubes, WMF, egg freezing, social freezing

The WMF — the womb and fallopian tubes — is at the centre of this conversation. DOROTHEA believes we need to be able to visualise and openly discuss female biology to bring about real change.

The cowrie shell has symbolised womanhood and female fertility across cultures for thousands of years. DOROTHEA carries it as a symbol of what we are protecting — and what we believe every woman deserves access to.
